I believe that we all have a purpose. Mine is to work with you to create the path for  you to move towards your greatest potential (whatever that means to you).

My approach works with you shifting your possibilities and allowing the ripple effects that extend within you, to transform various facets of your life, and beyond. Communication, synchronisation and balance.

Where it began

My early career in South Africa led me to spend over 10 years in investment banking and impact funding. I did not feel I was supporting the change that I wanted to bring to the world and it led me to often feeling drained and broken down.

As far back as I can remember, I have always had an interest in natural Wellness. After I witnessed the transformative power of BodyTalk and other integrative wellness approaches firsthand, 2015 led me to a new learning journey. My interests encompassed various modalities and techniques, all which centre around physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.

Where I am now

In 2021, through covid-19 pandemic, a stint in hotel quarantine and the chaos of moving countries with 2 children under 5 years old, my husband and I started our London adventure.

My family is very important to me and being a mum is one of the most challenging jobs to juggle. In order to not feel like “mum on a run” I have kept my standard work hours to 9:00 – 15:00, to allow me to spend time with my children when they are not at school.

When I am not being a mum or consulting with amazing people, I am often going for a walk or run in the beautiful parks, in a yoga class or happily doodling and colouring.
